2025 Summer Schedule
Summer Enrollment Opens Jan 1st

Start planning. your 2025 summer at STEAM! We are thrilled to offer summer programming at the Charlottesville Catholic School campus and our STEAM Incubator this summer. STEAM Incubator programs are smaller, boutique programs and K-2 students only have a Half Day option.

STEAM provides unique opportunities for students to experience science while encouraging them to learn how the universe works and to be creative, while developing innovative solutions.​

2025 Course Fees & Discounts

Summer Tuition

  • Full Day: $465

  • Half Day: $320

Deposit and Discounts

  • Deposit: $75 per course non-refundable, transferable to alternate summer program (pending availability)

  • Early Enrollment: $25 per full day course Enroll by Feb 1st at 12:01A

  • Multi-Week Discount: $25 per full day course Household enrollment in 5+ Full Day Summer Programs

Important Dates & Deadlines

  • February 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM: Early Registration Discount Expires

  • March 1, 2025: 50% of outstanding tuition balance due or Early Registration Discount will be removed.

  • April 1, 2025: 75% of outstanding tuition balance due or Early Registration Discount and Multi-Week Discount will be removed.

  • May 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM: Standard Registration ends

    • Existing Registrations:

      • 100% of total tuition due to retain discounts or Early Registration Discount and Multi-Week Discount 

      • Health Forms due for ALL confirmed students

      • Multi-Week Discount expires (waitlist exempt)

    • New Registrations: 

      • 100% of total tuition due at enrollment

      • Health Forms due within 72 hours of acceptance.

  • June 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM: 

    • All accounts must be paid in full, existing and new

    • All unpaid accounts a late fee of $75/student will be assessed

    • All Health Forms must be received within 48 hours of acceptance or a $50 office fee will be assessed and no less than 5 business days before the program start or registration will be canceled without any refund..

  • June 2, 2025 until Program Start: All registrations must be paid in full and Health Forms submitted 24 hours after invoice received or registrations will be canceled and all monies paid retained.
